Sutter PTSO Oktoberfest Fundraiser – Sutter Miners Social

Come mingle with Sutter parents, faculty and staff at the 2017 Oktoberfest fundraiser on Friday October 20th. This adult-only event will include a live and silent auction, food and drink from local sources and an opportunity to leave a permanent mark on your student’s time at Sutter Middle School.
Last year’s Social raised over $20,000, which funded numerous technology purchases and upgrades for Sutter.
Tickets may be purchased on the Sutter website or in the front office. Please note that you must include your contact number and the first & last name of all adults who the tickets are for. We will need this information to create your auction packet.
In addition to attending this event, please consider volunteering to help with the following tasks:
We need silent and live auction items! If you have a timeshare, airline tickets, or tickets to sporting events that you would like to donate, please let us know. Just as important is recruiting donations from your favorite restaurant, your car mechanic, and your hair salon. Bring any alcohol free donations to the main office, or contact Sheri Graciano – email@example.com to make delivery arrangements.
We need volunteers! We need parents who can help contact local businesses and runners who can pick up donations. At the event, we need volunteers to help set up, check-in, pour wine/beer, restock food trays, and clean-up. We know we can fit you in there somewhere! We need food! We are looking for trays of 200 “small bites” (appetizer-type food you can eat with your fingers) from local restaurants or – yes – even from you! Please contact the PTSO at Sheri G – email@example.com if you want to help.
We appreciate the support you give to Sutter Middle School year-round and look forward to mingling with you October 20th!
